This service is for individuals who need extra assistance obtaining and maintaining a job. First we help individuals identify their strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, then we begin teaching basic job readiness skills. When the individual is ready the job search begins. Individuals learn all the skills needed to fill out applications, interview, and obtain a job. Upon hire, the Agency can provide on-the-job training and job coaching to help the individual maintain the position while working towards independence in the workplace.
